Annotation description:Fig1C and 1D show quantitative immunoEM for VAMP2 located to presynaptic terminals in mice. For controls, preincubation with antigen and VAMP2 KO mice are shown and quantified. Vesicles are difficult to observe here but the antibody is clearly specific.
