Annotation description: | α-actinin-2 is found abundantly in crude synaptosomal membrane (Fig. 2A) α-Actinin-2 protein is localized to excitatory synapses (Fig. 5) Immunogold labeling for α-actinin-2 in postsynaptic densities (Fig. 6) Colocalization of α-actinin-2 with postsynaptic proteins by EM (Fig. 7). 28/6/2017 Pim - ACTN2 is localized in membrane and cytosolic synape preparations (Fig.2). - ACTN2 is localized to exc. synapses as shown by co-localization with Glur1 - ACTN2 is mainly located at PSD (membrane and cytoplasmic part) and on microfilaments (a.k.a actin) (Fig.6). - ACTN2 is colocalizing at the inner face of the PSD membrane with the NR1 subunit (Fig.7). |
