Annotation description:DLC antibody co-localizes with PSD-95 and F-actin at excitatory synapses in cultured hippocampal neurons (Fig. 5). Quantitative immunogold EM localization of DLC in the PSD and dendritic spine (Fig. 6A-H). Enrichment of DLC in PSD fractions (Fig. 6I). Colocalization of DLC with GKAP and PSD-95 by immunoEM (Fig. 7).

The antibodies used in this study can not distinguish between DLC1 and DLC2 (98% similarity between these proteins)

- Based on the localization to the postsynapse of Venus-tagged Dlc2 the EM data with the antibody that does not distinguish between DLC1 and DLC2 I think this data on PSD localization can be transferred to the DLC2 protein.
