| Annotation description: | The authors use an antibody specific for PLC B4 in immunoelectron microscopy studies. PLC B4 was detected at the edges of the post-synaptic density in both pre-embedding (Figure 5) and post-embedding (7) studies. In line with a localization to the PSD, in subcellular fractionation, PLC-B4 was detected in the PSD fraction that is also enriched in mGluR1a and GluRa3. The antibody against PLC B4 is verified by western blot against PLC B4 knockout (Figure 1). |
