Annotation description: | Synaptic Neurabin-2/Spinophilin is detected by immuno-EM in spines {Fig2A and E) as well as proximate glial processes (Fig2C). This is quantified in Fig3, no labelling has been observed in synaptic terminals (in contrast to Neurabin-1). Within the spine, Neurabin-2/Spinophilin is located to the PSD and the area in close proximity of the PSD (fig6, quantification in Fig7 and Fig9). |
