Annotation description: | Neurabin-1 labelling mainly in spines (Fig2A and C) but also synaptic terminals (Fig 2D and E) and glia processes (Fig2G). This is quantified in Fig3 for both Neurabin-1 and Neurabin-2 (Spinophilin), both proteins are prodominantly present in the spine and also found in glia, while only Neurabin-1 is also found in synaptic terminals, not Neurabin-2 (Spinophilin). Neurobin-1 in the spine is mainly found in the PSD and the area in close proximity of the PSD (fig6 and Fig7). |
