| Annotation description: | Preembedding immuno-EM reveals the presence of immunoreactivityfor MARCKS in some dendrites and spines in the cingulate cortex and hypothalamus (Fig.11-13). In dendrites, immunoreactivity was often associated with dendritic microtubules (e.g. Fig. 11B, Fig. 13 arrowheads. An affinity purified antibody against rat MARCKS was generated in the study and the specificity of the antibody was confirmed by Western Blot (Fig. 1). No KO-control. |
