Annotation description: | RIM1/RIM2 knockout neurons display a reduction in action potential-induced presynaptic calcium influx (Figure 5). RIM1 acts by regulating the presynaptic localization of voltage-gated calcium channels (Figure 8), mediated by its PDZ domain (Figure 7).
