Annotation description: | Fig 4: VPS26B knockout cultured neurons show a decrease of surface GluA1 by western blot (A) and imaging (C) without affecting total levels of GluA1. In the VPS26B knockout, the GluA1 receptor accumulates in possynaptic early and recycling endosomes (B). The surface levels of GluA1 can be restored by reexpression of VPS26B-GFP.
