Annotation description:Angiomotin colocalizes with PSD-95 (Fig. 1F); it is present in the highly enriched PSD fraction (Fig. 1E) and coIPs with PSD-95 and MUPP1/MPDZ (Fig 1G-I); Fig. 2 provides evidence that over-expressed YFP-tagged AMOT co-distributes with the presynaptic marker Bassoon and the excitatory postsynaptic markers PSD-95 and Mupp1, but not with the inhibitory postsynaptic marker Gephyrin.
