Annotation description:Figure 1c-f: confocal imaging of immunofluorescence labeling for ADF (Actin-depolymerizing factor, gene DSTN), Synaptophysin (SYP) and PSD-95 (DLG4) in cultured hippocampal neurons showed localization to both pre- and post-synapse.
