Annotation description: | Figure 1c-f: confocal imaging of immunofluorescence labeling for ADF (Actin-depolymerizing factor, gene DSTN), Synaptophysin (SYP) and PSD-95 (DLG4) in cultured hippocampal neurons showed localization to both pre- and post-synapse. Figure 1g-i: immunogold EM of ADF in mouse CA1 and CA3 stratum radiatum showed localization to both pre- and post-synapse, with higher abundance in the former. |
