Annotation description: | Figure S3: confocal imaging of immunofluorescence labeling for Ubc13 (UBE2N) and PSD-95 (DLG4) in cultured hippocampal neurons showed Ubc13 localization is ubiquitous in dendrites and spines, and partially co-localizes with PSD95 (in biochemical fractions, Ubc13 was also ubiquitous. Fig. 3). Further, Ubc13 immunoprecipitation in mouse forebrain yields PSD95.
