| Annotation description: | Figure 1b: ARMS (gene KIDINS220) is detected in synaptic biochemical fractions from hippocampal neurons, co-migrating with Trk receptors and GluA1 (GRIA1) in various subfractions from P2. Figure 1c: immunogold EM showed of hippocampal CA1 showed ARMS localized to endomembranes in the dendritic shaft and spine. No presynaptic localization was observed. Figure 4: immunofluorescence imaging of 15DIV hippocampal neurons showed intracellular GluA1 co-localized with ARMS whereas surface GluA1 did not. |
