| Annotation description: | Figure 1a,b: Mind Bomb-1 (MIB1) was identified in PSD biochemical fractions by by mass-spectrometry and MIB1 was enriched in PSD fraction as compared to synaptosomal and presynaptic fractions from Rat forebrains. Figure 1c-e: confocal imaging of immunofluorescence labeling for MIB1 and PSD-95 (DLG4) in 21DIV cultured hippocampal neurons showed partial co-localization. Figure 1j: immunoelectron microscopy of MIB1 confirmed localization to PSD and nearby vesicle-like structures in adult mouse cortex. |
