| Annotation description: | Figure 1: immunogold EM of mouse cerebellum and hippocampus showed SG2NA (STRN3) was localized to dendritic spines without any particles localized to the PSD. No presynaptic localization was observed. Figure 2: confocal imaging of immunofluorescence labeling for SG2NA, MAP2, Phalloidin and synaptotagmin in cultured hippocampal neurons showed SG2NA localized to dendrites and postsynaptic puncta. Stainings for SG2NA were apposed to presynaptic marker synaptotagmin. |
