Annotation description: | Figure S1c: STED super-resolution microscopy of hippocampal primary neurons with antibody labeling of endogenous calreticulin (gene CALR, an ER marker), postsynaptic density marker Homer1 and actin (phalloidin, in confocal mode) showed calreticulin at the dendritic shaft and at postsynapses in close proximity to Homer1. Authors observed that "While the synaptopodin signal was clearly concentrated in the spine head, calreticulin, ERGIC53 and TGN38 appeared as sparse, but distinct, spots in both the dendritic shaft and spines." |
