Annotation description: | Figure S1e: STED super-resolution microscopy of hippocampal primary neurons with antibody labeling of endogenous TGN38 (gene TGOLN2, marker of the trans-Golgi network), postsynaptic density marker Homer1 and actin (phalloidin, in confocal mode) showed TGN38 at the dendritic shaft and at postsynapses in close proximity to Homer1. Authors observed that "While the synaptopodin signal was clearly concentrated in the spine head, calreticulin, ERGIC53 and TGN38 appeared as sparse, but distinct, spots in both the dendritic shaft and spines." |
