| Annotation description: | Figure 1e: DIXDC1 and PSD95 (DLG4) were enriched in PSD biochemical fractions from P28 mouse brains. 2 distinct isoforms of DIXDC1 can be discerned on the western blot. Figure 1c: immunofluorescence imaging of DIXDC1 and PSD95 showed partial co-localization in 14DIV cortical neuronal cultures. Figure 1g: immunofluorescence imaging of GFP-DIXDC1-isoform1 and GFP-DIXDC1-isoform2 together with endogenous PSD95 showed localization of both isoforms to dendrites and dendritic spines in 14DIV cortical neuronal cultures. |
