Annotation description:Figure 2a-c: confocal imaging of immunofluorescence labeling for Eag1 (KCNH1) and PSD95 (DLG4) in cultured hippocampal neurons from rat brain showed partial co-localization (~65%).

Figure 2d: biochemical fractions of rat brains showed Eag1 in synaptic fractions P2, synaptosomes, PSD1 and PSD2 (relative levels are; synaptosome = PSD1 > PSD2, whereas PSD95 is enriched SPM < PSD1 < PSD2. But note that Eag1 is known to also localize to the presynapse).
