Annotation description:Figure 3a,b: Cultured hippocampal neurons were immunostained for endogenous Smaug1 (SAMD4A), PSD95 (DLG4) and synapsin. Smaug1 partially co-localized with PSD95 in closer proximity than presynaptic marker protein synapsin.

Figure 3e: Smaug1 and PSD95 were enriched in PSD biochemical fractions from adult hippocampus as compared to input lysate and Synaptoneurosomes.
