| Annotation description: | Figure 1: Neurl1 is expressed in the adult mouse forebrain and is localized in dendrites and at post-synaptic sites in hippocampal neurons. In hippocampal tissue, Neurl1 and PSD95 (DLG4) were found enriched in PSD biochemical fractions as compared to homogenates. Confocal imaging of immunofluorescence labeling for both proteins also showed co-localization at synapses of cultured hippocampal neurons (16 DIV). |
