Annotation description:Figure 1F: Western blotting of mouse whole-brain lysates showed NSG2 has its greatest expression during the perinatal period and is gradually downregulated thereafter, it continues to be expressed even in adult animals (P60; Fig. 1F).

Figure 1g,h: confocal images of DIV14-DIV16 hippocampal neurons a portion of endogenous NSG2 (29%) and overexpressed NSG2 (37%) co-localized with postsynaptic marker protein Homer1.
