Annotation description: | Figure 2A-B: A-Type K+ Current Density Gradient Is Abolished in DPP6-KO CA1 Dendrites. In panel A&B, authors show that DPP6-KO mice lack a dendritic A-type K+ current gradient using dendritic patch clamp recordings in (A) CA1 pyramidal neurons in acute hippocampal slices and (B) in cell-attached recordings from CA1 dendrites. Figure 2C-G: Kv2.4 recruitment to the distal dendrites is reduced in DPP6-KO mice compared to WT.
