| Annotation description: | Figure 4 c-e shows reduced head width and increased neck length of dendritic spines upon shRNA-mediated Srgap2 knock down. Figure 4 f-h shows increased head width and decreased neck length of dendritic spines upon overexpression of Srgap2 Figure 5 shows a dose dependent effect of Srgap2 depletion in heterozygous and knock out neurons: in juvenile mice (P18-21) dendritic spine head width is reduced, neck length is increased and spine density is increased (Fig.5 C,-F). In adult mice (P65-77) dendritic spine neck length is increased and spine density is increased. |
