| Annotation description: | Figure 6: Immunolabeling of protein 4.1B (EPB41L3) with the synaptic markers PSD95 (DLG4, marker for PSD) and synapsin 1 (SYN1, marker for presynapse) at 4, 8 and 12 DIV. Co-localization with the postsynaptic marker was consistently higher than its presynaptic counterpart. A more specific subcellular localization cannot be annotated from the presented data although the functional assays imply localization at or near the postsynaptic specialization/PSD together, co-localizing with receptors. |
