Annotation description:Figure 3: immunohistochemistry localized AP3M1/2 (antibody is aspecific) to recycling endosomes (RE), early endosomes (EE) and lysosomes in both cell body and dendrites. Highest co-localization is with RE.

Figure 4: shRNA knockdown of of AP3M1 (μ3A) specifically strongly reduced dendritic AP3M1/2 puncta (since the antibody is aspecific, remaining staining is probably AP3M2/μ3B). This knockdown also affected surface-expressed GluA2.

Figure 6: AP3M1 (μ3A-FLAG) is necessary and sufficient to recruit GluA2 to recycling endosomes and enhances the ability of GRIP1 to recruit GluA2 to the dendritic surface
