Annotation description:fig 1: shRNA-mediated depletion of KIF5B (but not KIF5A) reduced the number of mature mushroom shaped spines (while increasing the number of filopodia. Spontaneous (mini) EPSC frequency was reduced while amplitude was unaffected.
