Annotation description:Figure 2. Confocal imaging of cultured mouse hippocampal neurons at DIV14 that were double-immunostained for TLCN (ICAM5) and MAP-2 (dendritic marker), show localization of TLCN (ICAM5) on dendritic filopodia.

Figure 4f,j. Analogously, triple-immunostaining for TLCN (ICAM5), PSD95 (DLG4) and synaptophysin (SYP) at DIV14,21,28 shows partial overlap that suggests postsynaptic localization.
