Annotation description: | Figure 1c. confocal microscopy colocalization with Homer1. "Subcellular localization of Robo2 in vitro. Ex utero electroporation of Robo2-pHluorin and Homer1 c-tdtomato in pyramidal neurons in vitro. Robo2-pHluorin colocalizes with the excitatory postsynaptic marker Homer1c at the majority of dendritic spines at 14 DIV" Figure S1. Supporting figure 1, confocal images of immunofluorescent staining for Robo2, Bassoon and PSD95 in CA1 stratum radiatum at P35. "High magnification of a putative synapse visualized by direct apposition of Bassoon and PSD95 shows strong enrichment of Robo2 with PSD95 suggesting postsynaptic localization" Figure 1d. westernblots show Robo2 localized to pre- and post-synaptic fractions (enriched in the latter).
