Annotation description:SPAR2/SIPA1L2 is enriched in the PSD fraction of a PSD preparation from adult rat cerebellum (Figure 3d). It coimmunoprecipitates with ProSAP-interacting protein from the postsynaptic protein complex in rat cerebellar lysate (Figure 3e). Confocal imaging of dendrites from hippocampal neurons shows localization to postsynaptic spines (Figure 5c).
