| Annotation description: | In cultured hippocampal neurons (17 div) transfected with GFP-tagged SNX27 sorting nexin-27 colocalizes with mCherry-PSD95 (Fig. 2A and Fig. 3 upper row) and not with the presynaptic marker synaptophysin (Fig. 2B). Co-immunoprecipitation with SNX27-antibody indicates interaction with GluA1 but not with GluA2 AMPA receptors (Fig. 8A). Suppl. fig. 2 shows colocalization of epitopes for anti-SNX27 antibody with GFP-SNX27 and mCherry-SNX27 fluorescence. |
