| Annotation description: | Colocalisation of Arf6 with Homer puncta in double-immunolabeling of primary hippocampal neurons is indicative of postsynaptic localization. 17/02/2021 Dnyanada: Figure S3 shows that the anti-Arf6 antibody (AVIVA SYSTEM BIOLOGY, ARP54598-P050, 1:100) used in the study did not produce a signal in arf6-knockdown condition, and the effect was rescued indicating that the antibody might be specific for Arf6. Arf6 also colocalises with presynaptic markers: VGlut1 and synaptophysin and a separate annotation has been made for the term "presynapse" (SynGO ID:4129) |
