Annotation description:Figure 3C, D, E. Using electron microscopy and antibody-mediated staining, GluK2/3 was detected at mossy fibre-granule cell (MF-GC) synapses in WT mice. The antibody used is specific, as the immunofluorescence signal disappears in slices of GluK2.A1c knock-in mice (Figure 1C, Figure 1D).
