| Annotation description: | Fig S1C: Biochemical fractionation indicates enrichment of Arf6 at pH6 similarly to the SV protein synaptophysin. Fig S1A: Endogenous Arf6 colocalizes with both presynaptic (Synaptophysin) and postsynaptic (Homer1) markers in primary rat hippocampal neurons (17 days in vitro, DIV) and triple labelling showed expression of the small GTPase at the presynaptic and postsynaptic site of single synaptic puncta.
