| Annotation description: | RHOB KO neurons show changes in spine morphology, including increases in spine length, head diameter and neck width as compared to wildtype mice. This is associated with increases in length of mushroom and thin spines, and increases in spine head of mushroom spines. RHOB KO mice also show impaired paired pulse facilitation and post-tetanic potentiation responses after high frequency stimulation. |
