Neto1 had no effect on the deactivation of GluK1-mediated currents, but Neto2 did slow deactivation (Figure 8D). By contrast, Neto1 enhanced the rate of desensitization, whereas Neto2 slowed the rate of desensitization (Figure 8E), in agreement with previous results (Copits et al., 2011)." |
