Since the authors claim that the trafficking of the KARs into the axon is perturbed in Neto1-/- neurons, I have considered the reduced amounts of the NT receptor at the presynaptic membrane (term 'regulation of presynaptic membrane neurotransmitter receptor levels') as secondary and I decided not to make this annotation for Neto1. |
