Annotation description: | Discussion: -Literal:"Here we are able to show that (AGAP2) associate with multiple layers of the core-scafolding machinery at the PSD. In this article the authors give strong evidence for localization for AGAP2 at the postsynapse of glutamatergic synapses. They first identify AGAP2 in triton insoluble fractions highly enriched in postsynaptic densities (PSDs). Later, using co-immunoprecipitation assays they show tah tAGAp2 interacts with two well known markers of the PSD: Dlg4 (PSD95) and Syngap1. |
