20/01/2021 Dnyanada: ASAP1 is a regulator of the actin cytoskeleton (PMID: 10725410). Overexpression of ASAP1-Flag shows a significant decrease in total spine density which is rescued by overexpression of Arf4 indicating that Arf4 and ASAP1 might interact to influence spine cytoskeletal dynamics.
