Fig. 4: Reduced hippocampal LTP Field excitatory postsynaptic potentials (fEPSP) measured in the CA1 stratum radiatum were evoked by stimulation of the Schaffer collateral commissural afferents in KO animals. 14/3/2017 Pim - The postsynaptic element of the annotation comes from the exclusive localization of SYNPO at the postsynaptic spine apparatus. Interfering with SYNPO expression is therefore inferred to regulate synaptic transmission via a postsynaptic mechanism (also spine apparatus is missing here). |
