Annotation description: | PTPRS interacts with NGL-3 through their first two FNIII domains. The FN1-2 domain of PTPRS induces postsynaptic PSD-95 clustering. 19/2/2018 Pim - PTPRS is a know presynaptic protein (see ticket #2246). It is shown to mediate cell-cell adhesion with NGL-3 in a cell-adhesion assay (Fig.7A+E). PTPRS expressed in HEKcells is able to cluster postsynaptic NGL-3 (Fig.7C). PTPRS is able to induce postsynaptic differentiation (Fig.8). |
