Annotation description: | The first two FNIII domains of PTPRF are sufficient for NGL-3 binding. The first two FNIII domains of PTPRF are sufficient to induce postsynaptic PSD-95 clustering. 19/2/2018 Pim - PTPRF may be present at both at pre and postsynaptic locations (see feedback section). It is shown to mediate cell-cell adhesion with NGL-3 in a cell-adhesion assay (Fig.1+3+5). PTPRF is able to induce postsynaptic differentiation (Fig.6). |
