- PTPRF may be present at both at pre and postsynaptic locations (see feedback section). It is shown to mediate cell-cell adhesion with NGL-3 in a cell-adhesion assay (Fig.1+3+5). PTPRF is able to induce postsynaptic differentiation (Fig.6).
