| Annotation description: | Over expression of EGFP-p65 allowed the investigation of the protein redistribution from the dendritic brunch to the nucleus using a FRAP approach. Following photobleaching of a dendritic segment, authors observed fluorescence recovery which was unidirectional and triggered only by NMDA application. Accordingly, photobleaching of the somatic region shows a significant recovery after NMDA application, different from the recovery observed under basal conditions. |
