Annotation description:Authors identified Prr7 in a proteomic study of the PSD fraction and developed a polyclonal antibody against it. They found that Prr7 is enriched in PSD fractions of the hippocampus and cerebral cortex. Purified Prr7 immunoprecipitated NR2B, NR1 and PSD-95 and pull-down assay shows direct interaction between Prr7 and PSD-95.
