- Postsynaptic (as opposed to presynatic) localization of the LRRC4b protein is evidenced by the experiments in Fig.4 that show "Direct aggregation of NGL-3 on the surface of dendrites induces coclustering of excitatory postsynaptic proteins." and the known interaction of NGL-3 with PSD-95 (see additional literature).
