Annotation description: | Fig.4 NEEP21 localizes to wortmannin-sensitive endosomal compartment cortical neurons: "This shows that NEEP21 localizes to a wortmannin-sensitive endosomal compartment." 11/12/2017 Pim - The endosomal compartment marked by NEEP21 is not show to be spacial associated with synapses in Fig.4 but to reside in the dendritic compartment (Fig.7). In Fig.8 the role of NEEP21 is shown in the endosomal recycling of AMPARs. Therefore the endosomal compartment is admissible as a 'postsynaptic endosome (GO:0098845)' for SynGO. |
