Annotation description:In Figure 4, Shisa9 is demonstrated to modulate the paired-pulse-ratio of AMPAR-mediated synaptic transmission. Using hippocampal CA1 (low Shisa9 expression) and dentage gyrus (high Shisa9 expression) cells from wildtype and knockout mice, combined with over-expression of Shisa9, Figure 4 demonstrates Shisa9 modulates the paired-pulse-ratio of AMPAR-mediated synaptic transmission.

In Figure 1D, Shisa9 is shown to interact with AMPAR by IP+westernblot.

In Figure 3, Shisa9 overexpression in Xenopus laevis oocytes modulates AMPAR mediated currents (figure's evidence from this model system not annotated in "evidence tracking").
