Annotation description:
The authors use light microscopy to localize amphiphysin in mouse photoreceptor cells. The protein is found in the synaptic layers of the retina in close proximity to the synaptic ribbon, the release site in these neurons. Gigure 6 uses super resolution SIM microscopy.
