Annotation description: | Fig. 3b, using pull-down experiment ADAM23 form a protein complex with LGl1, PSD-95 and and Kv1.2. Literal: "Major constituents of LGI1 complex contained ADAM23 as well as ADAM22 and PSD-95." Fig. 4b, ADAM22 coimmunoprecipitate with PSD-95 and Kv1.2. Literal: "Loss of LGI1 reduced the amount of both ADAM22 and ADAM23 in Triton X-100-insoluble crude synaptic fractions by ~80% and inversely increased in Triton X- 100-soluble fractions (Fig. 5A). This is consistent with the data that the interaction of ADAM22 with postsynaptic PSD-95 is reduced in the LGI1-/- mouse" Fig. 5d, ADAM22 protein localizes in the outer molecular layers of the dentate gyrus Literal: "Our immunohistochemical analysis showed that ADAM23 protein localizes in the outer molecular layers of the dentate gyrus (Fig. 5D), where perforant path fibers from the entorhinal cortex terminate.
