Annotation description: | The authors treat rat brain synaptosomes with GTPgammaS preventing the budding of clathrin coated vesicles. By EM (Figures 2c-j) dynamin is seen to coat the necks of the clathrin-coated pits. In figure 2a/b the author use conventional light microscopy to show dynamin 1 in presynaptic terminals. 17/11/2017 Pim - I have removed the 'extrinsic component of ...' element of the selected term because the mode of membrane interaction was not addressed in the presented data. |
